I liked it, but I could only use it from the smaller side yet.
I read a lot of good reviews, but it doesn't seem to suit me... It is not convenient for me to lie on it, I did not find any relief after lying...

trying to stretch my neck. so far ok. not sure if it helps. I hv inflatable stretch pillow too.

It's good, it looks like the picture, the color is the same as I ordered, it came pretty fast, it helps to relax the muscles of the neck and shoulder girdle.
This helps a lot! Lying down flat with this tucked tight under the neck aligns you spine. Rolling your head gently will crack your neck relieving tension. The pillow can be turned around to change the angle & your hands placed in the pillow side gaps. 5 minutes use max is recommended

Consistent with the description. Gives up while lying down. Stabilizes the cervical spine. Gives a sense of relaxation. I recommend it!
